For the second time, Isabelle Girollet participates in the exhibition “#78-Pocket Size” in Paris from December 19, 2018 until January 5th, 2019.
From Thursday, December 20th to January 5th at the Abstract Project Gallery. The Abstract Project Gallery presents the small formats of twenty or so abstract artists. Isabelle Girollet will present the piece “ARRÊT SUR IMAGE” in 30 x 30 format.
# 78-Pocket Size
Because we are often more amazed by the huge sculptures, paintings and large formats, this exhibition presents the beauty of small formats. Abstraction makes it possible, value even “pocket sizes”. Let’s not forget, that a beautiful story of a collection can start like this: by acquiring small size art pieces and meeting with unique and passionate artists!

# ABSTRACT PROJECT GALLERY | WHO ARE WE?
ABSTRACT PROJECT is an evolving project or “work in progress” animated by three artists members of the Committee of New Realities: Olivier Di Pizio, Jean-Pierre Bertozzi and Bogumila Strojna.
The Abstract Project Gallery, is a place of “creation, reflection and dissemination of abstract, non-figurative, non-objective arts, conceived and conceived in all forms and mediums.” It comes from the Association New Realities. These projects are very varied around abstract arts and open to all artists, students, art historians, critics and curators.
The Abstract Project Gallery is managed by a committee of artists shared in two main functions: organization and programming on one side and, on the other, the operation and monitoring of projects. Abstract Project deploys a policy of mediation in favor of the public, inscribing itself in the “development of the cultural offer in contemporary art in Paris and particularly in the 11th arrondissement”.
